Online Course Development

Silvercore designs, builds, and operates online training programs for wildlife agencies, conservation organizations, universities, and hunter education programs across Canada and the United States. If your organization needs a regulated course built properly and run reliably, that is work we have been doing for years.

The BCWF Online CORE Course

The largest of these programs is the official BCWF Online CORE Course, developed and delivered by Silvercore for the BC Wildlife Federation, which administers hunter education in British Columbia on behalf of the Province. The course is sold through BCWF's official channel and has been operating since 2019: a fully narrated and illustrated curriculum with student progress tracking, chapter evaluations, monthly analytics and reporting to the Federation, privacy-compliant handling of student information, and content updates as regulations change.

Who Else We Build For

Alongside CORE, we have built and delivered online programs for a US state fish and wildlife agency, a wild sheep conservation organization, and a university law enforcement studies program. Why Organizations Come to Us

Regulated training is unforgiving. A hunting regulation changes, a firearms law is amended, an exam standard is updated, and your course is wrong until someone fixes it. We have taught the Canadian Firearms Safety Course since 1994, hold RCMP Master Instructor and CORE train-the-trainer designations, and our founder has been qualified as an expert witness in firearms matters at the Federal Court of Canada and the Provincial Court of British Columbia. When we build a course, the subject matter expertise is in the room, not subcontracted.
