Rebooking or Cancelling In-Person Courses

  • 15 or more days’ notice:
You may reschedule your course for full credit at no cost.
  • 2 to 14 days’ notice:
You may reschedule with a $100 rebooking fee.
  • Less than 2 days’ notice or no-show:
No credit or refund will be issued.

Business days are Monday to Friday, 9:00 AM to 5:00 PM (PST).
You must call us during business hours to cancel or reschedule.
Voicemails or emails outside of these hours will be processed and marked as received for the next business day.

Online Courses

All online course purchases are non-refundable and non-transferable.

Silvercore Club Membership

Silvercore Club memberships are an annual recurring subscription provided by Silvercore Shooting Club and administered by Silvercore Advanced Training Systems Inc. (operating as Silvercore Outdoors). Memberships automatically renew every 365 days at the price in effect at the time of renewal, charged to the payment method on file.

Pre-renewal notice. We will email you a renewal reminder 30 to 60 days before each renewal date, stating the renewal date, the amount to be charged, and how to cancel.

Cancelling your membership. You may cancel your Silvercore Club membership at any time before a renewal date, without charge or penalty, by either:

  1. Logging in at silvercore.ca/profile and selecting Manage Subscription, or
  2. Emailing info@silvercore.ca with "Cancel Silvercore Club membership" in the subject line. Email cancellations are processed within two business days during regular business hours (Monday to Friday, 9:00 AM to 5:00 PM Pacific Time).

We recommend cancelling at least 5 business days before your renewal date to ensure the request is processed in time. When you cancel, your membership benefits, including insurance coverage, continue until the end of your current paid term.

Refunds. Silvercore Club membership payments are non-refundable, including renewal payments, once processed. Each membership term includes liability insurance coverage that we bind for the full term at the time of purchase or renewal, and that coverage cannot be unbound mid-term. This is why the pre-renewal reminder exists: it gives you time to cancel before any charge is made if you do not wish to continue.

Silvercore Shooting Club reserves the right to assess exigent situations on the basis of their merit and maintains sole discretion over the resolution of such cases.

ATT and RPAL. Silvercore Club memberships meet Canadian legal issuance requirements for Authorizations to Transport and Restricted Possession and Acquisition Licences. However, Silvercore is not responsible for individual firearms officers or the RCMP Canadian Firearms Program denying any application, and membership does not guarantee issuance of an ATT or RPAL.

Full terms. The complete subscription contract terms for the Silvercore Club, including unilateral amendment rights and notice obligations, are set out in our Terms of Service.

If We Cancel

If Silvercore cancels your course, you will receive a full refund of course fees.
We are not responsible for travel, lodging, or other expenses. We recommend booking refundable travel arrangements or using travel insurance.

Payments

Payments are due at time of order, taxes are extra. All courses must be paid for prior to the course date. If you have not elected to pay by credit card online, please contact Silvercore to arrange payment prior to course date.

Silvercore accepts VISA, MasterCard, Amex, debit and cash. Orders paid by debit or cash must be arranged prior to shipment of goods or attendance of class. Please call the office at 604–940–7785 to make arrangements.

Credit List

If a student/customer wishes to be put on a credit list instead of rebooking a course, that credit must be used within two years or the amount retained on credit will expire. The student/customer is obligated to retain proof of original purchase and credit in order to redeem the credit. Credits are not tied to a specific product, rather the original amount paid for the product or service. If the price of a product has increased since initial time of purchase, the customer will be responsible for paying the difference.

Gift Cards

Silvercore gift cards are for specific products only and have no cash value. Gift cards expire two years after purchase.

Other important information:

Attendance Policy

100% attendance is mandatory for all courses. This is especially important for the CFSC/CRFSC and CORE Hunter Education courses, as both the RCMP and BCWF require a minimum number of instructional hours before participants are eligible to complete the exam.

If you arrive late, your instructor has the authority to deny entry to the class. In this case, our Refund & Rebooking Policy will apply, and you will forfeit your seat and course fee.

Students who are turned away for lateness must rebook at their own expense.

To avoid issues, please arrive at least 15 minutes early to ensure you're checked in and ready to begin on time.

Ammunition

Please note that absolutely no live ammunition is allowed into the CFSC/CRFSC, CORE, or any other non-live fire course. Therefore, it is strictly prohibited to bring such to classes you may be enrolled in.

Peace Bond

Please also note that if you have been subject to a peace bond, protection order you will need to first receive approval from the Canadian Firearms Centre prior to attending a class. You can contact the Canadian Firearms Centre at 1-800-731-4000.

Prohibited from firearm possession

Any individual prohibited from possessing firearms cannot attend any of our firearms courses including the CFSC/CRFSC, and live fire courses.
