Return & Exchange Details

For all returns or exchanges, items must not be washed, worn or damaged. All original tags must be attached and you’ll be required to present a valid receipt.
If you return your items in-store, we can process an exchange or issue you a merchandise credit.

All orders placed will take approximately 2 business days to process and send out. All orders placed outside of regular business hours (Monday-Friday 09:00-17:00) will be addressed the next following business day.

Canada Post is the shipment facilitator of items sent by Silvercore. Please be aware that all shipping times are dependant on the carrier.
